I stumbled across digital scrapbooking around October of 2005, while I was searching for fonts to download for my wedding album. I had no idea that it even existed, but I had always loved using pretty papers to make cards, invitations, and photo crafts, so to find this awesome artform was so exciting! I was hooked from my first page, and I ended up getting spots on a few creative teams not too long after that.

I had always wondered about designing, though, even before I found digital scrapping. I have always admired gorgeous papers and pretty stationery, and it was something that I could see myself doing, but I didn't have a clue where to start, or how it was done for that matter! It was only after discovering that Shabby Princess, my number one inspiration, was completely self-taught in design, that I decided to have a go myself. After dabbling for a couple of months, in March of 2006 I started selling at Addicted To Digital, and later moved on to Matter of Scrap and ModScraps.

I got my dream gig at Sweet Shoppe in August of 2006, and I haven't looked back. I also work as an artist for My Mind's Eye, and I can't believe how this little hobby of mine could have brought such great opportunities my way. I absolutely love designing, it is my passion, my escape, my dream job, and I feel so lucky to have the opportunity to do what I love for a living!
